Start with Goals, Not Compounds

The most common mistake when building a peptide supplement stack is starting with compounds — reading about BPC-157 or GHK-Cu and then reverse-engineering a reason to take them. A better approach is to start with your actual biological priorities and work forward from there to the compounds most relevant to those priorities.
